Questions clients ask before they hire us

How long does a 3D CAD model take?

Most parts and small assemblies are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Complex assemblies, drawings packages and sculptures are quoted with their own timeline, usually within one to two weeks.

How much does 3D CAD modelling cost?

Our rate is USD 25 per hour. Before any work starts you get an estimate of the hours involved, so you know the total up front and there are no surprises.

Do you work with clients in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia?

Yes. Most clients are in those four countries. We keep overlapping working hours with each region, invoice in USD, GBP, CAD or AUD, and deliver drawings in the standard your local shop expects.

What files will I receive?

Native CAD files plus a neutral STEP or IGES, and STL or 3MF for printing. Renders ship as 4K PNG and MP4.

Can you reverse-engineer a part from photos?

Usually. Send photos with a ruler or one known dimension in frame, or a 3D scan. We rebuild the part parametrically so it stays editable and flag any dimension we had to estimate.

Can you manufacture the part as well?

Yes. After the model is approved we can have it made: CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal and castings through our manufacturing partners in China, and 3D printing through partner shops in the USA. We check the design for manufacturability, collect quotes, share QC photos and ship to you.

Will my design stay confidential?

Yes. We sign your NDA before any files are exchanged and only show a project publicly with written permission.
